What can I expect from the board and train programme? 

             We can help with a variety of issues. Your dog's specific training requirements will be discussed in a consultation (online or in person). Please answer all questions honestly as this will ensure we have all the information required to make their training a success. We may help with reactivity, loose lead walking, appropriate greeting of visitors, car travel. The list is endless. We keep you updated daily while your dog is in our care and will discuss prior to receiving them which package and length of time are best.

Can I purchase a dog breed that you don't currently have for sale?

         Yes! Please know this will require a deposit and you will be placed on a waiting list to prevent us having too many dogs at one time in our care. We can source a dog or puppy that will be put on the same training programme as all other dogs.

What if I have bought a dog from you that I don't like?

          Talk to us! Do you believe they need more training? Have you given them time to settle in? Have you followed all advice given and still don't want to keep them? We issue full refunds within 30 days of purchasing one of our dogs for peace of mind.

Are your dogs available on a first come first served basis?

        Absolutely not! We want to make sure each and every one of the dogs we train finds the right home for them. We will spend time assessing their likes, dislikes and personalities. We will look at a potential new owner's experience with the breed and their circumstances. That is not to say we don't accept first time dog owners.
